Aviva 7 Grand Canal Project Completion

The Flynn Management Team also worked with the design team in value engineering aspects of the project, providing an enhanced end product within the budget and time limitations.

The project for 7 Grand Canal was a refurbishment of an existing 1970’s office building with 4 floors to a CAT A specification. It also involved the construction and installation of a new entrance glazed atrium. The project scope included the strip out of existing M&E services including plant, demolition and strip out of all internal partitions and the re-construction of structural elements in the lobby area at each level.A new double level reception area was created, with the installation of a new windows system, roof upgrades and the installation of new lifts. With a fast track program we assisted with coordination of the design deliverables in conjunction with the project design team.
