The project scope was to deliver a high end fit out in Twitter’s main Dublin office for completion in a live environment. This was a two phase project within a grade 2 listed building – Ground floor and mezzanine and basement along with Suite 2a. Initial concerns from the landlord over scope of works were quickly overcome through effective communication of project milestones.
There was substantial works to existing electrical components involving isolation of the power to Twitter command and control room and Comms rooms. Twitter command and control room had to be expanded and updated during the works and was completed within the 6 week programme without affecting the protected structure and finishes of the historic Old Academy Building and operations of staff. The scope of each phase included HVAC, electrical and data reinstatement, AV installation and an internal refurbishment.
