We have successfully managed the Multi Service and Builders Work package within very tight time constraints, often out of hours to minimise disruption to our clients, to the highest quality standards, whilst delivering the package within a safety culture second to none. There were significant risks on site of damaging existing services, all of which were managed by our team in a manner that ensured the smooth running of the project. Weekly site meetings were conducted to coordinate all stakeholders and to manage project specific design hazards.
