DAA Terminal 1 Departures
Flynn Management & Contractors were the main contractors for the fit out of c15,000 sq ft. of the passenger screening area in Terminal 1. The works were carried out in a busy ‘live’ airport and airside environment, where personnel and vehicular access was subject to significant security protocols and restrictions. The airport operations took precedence at all times. Airside and BSAT Training was required for all operatives.
There were significant risks on site of damaging existing critical services, all of which were managed by our team in a manner that ensured the smooth running of the project. Flynn Management & Contractors were awarded these works through a rigorous pre-qualification process and as part of our current framework agreement with DAA we continue to strive to maintain this relationship through our structured approach in recognising and maintaining our standards in this mission critical environment.
