Flynn Management & Contractors have worked on the commercial roll out of stores for the mobile communications retailer o2 Telefonica. To date, Flynn Management & Contractors have been involved in the completion of more than 60 stores throughout Ireland over the last 3 years, in batches of around 15 at a time.
Through high quality and efficiency of work processes, Flynn Management & Contractors were successful in condensing a typical o2 store programme from the original 4 week time scale down to 10 days per store. These projects were carried out over several condensed time periods with sites country wide. All projects were completed within programme and on budget.
