Riverside Reception Refurbishment
The project involved the strip out and refurbishment of two reception areas to the Riverside building on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2. Both areas had contrasting designs and attention to detail was key in achieving a quality finish. The project involved alterations to the ground floor glazing at the reception entrance to the Bloodstone building, the supply & installation of a new canopy system to the Bloodstone building reception entrance including new external paving works and the refurbishment of the reception lobby area.
The works to the Central Quay building included full refurbishment of the reception lobby and lift core areas and modifications to external paving and landscaping allowing transformation of car parking spaces to accommodate new entrance layout. The project had a 13 week programme and works comprised of joinery package, façade and canopy works, external groundworks and paving and terrazzo flooring in both areas.
